Holy Communion is an integral part of Christian initiation. Those who have been raised to the dignity of the royal priesthood by Baptism and configured more deeply to Christ by Confirmation participate with the whole community in the Lord`s own sacrifice by means of the Communion.

Preparation for First Holy Communion is part of the Religious Education program (see Ministries webpage). It is a two-year program. Contact our Director of Religious Education at 775-850-2535.  Parents must be registered parishioners at St. Rose of Lima.
